We Help everyone, from the first timers in the gym, to pensioners, to competitive athletes in a truly non intimidating atmosphere. We are strict on who we let in, to keep our environment supportive. We have three gyms to choose from with full 24 hr access and our personal training starts from $35 a session, so very affordable with some fantastic trainers in the industry. Dan has his name on his gyms because he wants to be accountable for your fitness and results! We are happy to let you try our gyms before you decide on a membership as we want you to be 100% happy and committed before you join. We never had nor never will charge a joining fee, and there is no access card fees unless you lose the one we give you. So what do you have to lose but weight??? So come join the winning team!
